Yuliya Stratovich dorastała w rodzinie artystycznej, a wykształcenie kierunkowe zdobyła w Wilnie i Grodnie. Poza malarstwem uprawia również rzeźbę. Od 2017 roku swoje prace prezentowała na wystawach w Polsce i w innych krajach europejskich, m.in. w Niemczech, Hiszpanii, Białorusi. W latach 2020-2022 prowadziła w Warszawie własną galerię, w której promowała twórczość białoruskich i ukraińskich artystów. Laureatka stypendium Ministra Kultury Gaude Polonia. Obecnie mieszka i tworzy w Polsce.
